How can I cure eye strain and eye sensitive to light , please I have changed my glasses several times and it didn't work please help me , am using photochromic lens

Pl use Refresh tears eye drops, 2drops 3times a day.pl do eye exercises. Pl take fish and green leafy vegetables. Pl consult ophthalmologist with detailed history and reports and treatment taken.
