Eye strain
Because of the current work from home situation,you often spend more time Infront of a laptop. and because of this I am facing an eye strain. Redness in eyes sometimes. Any drop or any other thing which can be helpful for the eye strain.

Since you are a regular computer user hence you are likely to develop computer vision syndrome and dryness. Please put some lubricant eye drops eg teardrops 3to 4times daily and ocupol.dx eye oint to be rubbed twice daily on lids and do cold compresses by ice. And Follow some precautions eg follow 20.20 formula. Don't sit facing the ac or blowers and do cold compresses by ice.

Frequent break from computer, frequent face wash, if symptoms persist then optive or lubrex eye drops ( lubricants) 4-6 times a day depends on symptoms relief.

Always 'take a break ' at least after every 30 minutes. And rub your hands ; place palms on your eyes, for relaxation.  Start lubricant drops. Keep hydrated. Add coconut water in your diet. Strengthen eye muscles by doing eye movements in all quadrants.

This is called Computer vision syndrome. Try and restrict your digital work. And if important shift on to bigger screens than smaller ones. Take frequent breaks while working on laptop. Don’t sit in front of AC / Fan while working on laptops Follow rule of 20. Every 20 minutes take a break for 20 seconds and look at any object 20 feet or beyond Blink your eyes frequently Can do cold compresses Can use lubricants in eye like Systane Ultra eye drops three to four times in a day

You are suffering from computer vision syndrome. Refresh tears eye drops 4 times a day. Blink your eyes frequently and take few seconds rest after 20 minutes of computer work.

Follow 20:20 rule. After every 20 minutes of screen work take your eyes off for 20 seconds. Use a lubricant eye drop.
