Eye redness, swelling with Frequent dirt
Hi, my eyes have swelled up too much and I get dirt in my eyes and eyes are too watery. I don't know if it's any other infection than conjunctivitis? Please advise as I am using moxiCin drops but haven't got any relief yet.

I think ,it is conjunctivitis, you may use vigamox eye drops 8-10 times+ zymaxid eye drops 4-5 times + genteal eye drops 5-6 times + Flarex eye drops 3-4 times+ tab L-cin750 1 tab once x 5 days .I think you will definitely get relief if not satisfied ,consult ophalmologist after few days.
