Eye redness
So whenever i sit infront of computer or laptop for long(i use protective eyewear too), i grt this type of red spot on eyes, they're not irritating but still why is this happening? Attached image!

Is it painful?
Most likely ,due to regular excessive work on computer, you are having CVS.
Please put some lubricant eye drops 3to4 times daily.
And
Don't sit facing Ac or blower, follow 20.20.formula ie close your eyes for 20 seconds after every 20 minutes. Keep monitor at least 20 inches from eyes and wash your eyes frequently with fresh water.

U have mild episcleritis..an allergic reaction of eyes. Usually there is increased redness after eye stress. U can put eyedrop alcarex-kt 3 times a day along with any lubricant eyedrop.
