Eye Pain & blur while working on laptop
Usually I work in laptop for more than 10 hours. After 8 hour my eyes start pain and I can't see properly like it will become blur.

Since you are a regular computer user hence you are likely to develop computer vision syndrome and dryness The solution is two fold 1.preventive 2.medicine For prevention please follow 20.20.formula. wash your eyes frequently with fresh water and do cold compresses by ice and don't sit facing the ac take a break in between and consume lot of fresh fruits and vegetables For medicine you can use lubricant eye drops eg teardrops 3to 4times daily and ocupol.dx eye oint to be rubbed twice daily on lids

What you are experiencing is commonly called as computer vision syndrome. You need to take a few steps to ensure better comfort. Wash your eyes gently with cold water twice a day. Make sure u place the laptop on a desk and sit on a chair while working for long duration. Use glasses and adjust screen brightness to reduce glare and eye strain. Do not use laptop in a dim lit room. Follow 20 - 20 - 20. Start eye drop cmc - 1 drop in both eyes, 3 times a day

It's dry eye computer vision syndrome. Take break every half hour for 30 sec either close eyes or see 20 feet away for 20 sec. Increase eye blinking rate must be between 16-20times/min. Plenty of water intake. Put refresh tears or any lubricant eye drop 4 t.i.d. Keep head to monitor angle around 15 degree. Mantain visually comfortable position on chair ,do not change either far or too near. Finally get eyes checked up for refractive error at nearby ophthalmologist.

These symptoms are typically of dry eyes due to excessive screen exposure. Try and take 20 seconds of break after every 20 mins of work by either closing your eyes or looking at some distant object.
