Refresh tears eye drops can be used upto 4 times/ day. Other than that please follow some healthy eye practices. Watching the TV or laptop screen from a. distance, taking regular breaks every 20 minutes, blink frequently. Also, you can limit screen time and wear blu cut lenses to protect from harmful UV rays.

Few instructions: 1. Follow 20-20 rule. After every 20 minutes of any near work say laptops, mobile or reading take a break and focus for 20 seconds at a far away object at least 20 meters away. 2. Frequently blink your eyes while working, if not possible to remind yourself to blink then at least after 30 minutes of your work slowly close your eyes 10 times. 3. Adequate water intake at least 3-4 litres per day 4. Adequate sleep at least for 7-8 hours 5. Do not rub the eye 6. Use anti reflective coated glasses if you have spectacles 7. Cold compress to the eyes 3 times a day (Can dip clean cotton in refrigerator cold water and keep over closed eyes for 30 seconds).
Next Steps
Start with Eyedrops Genteal 1 drop 4 times a day for both eyes, gives soothing comfort to the eyes. You can use it for as long as you want. Always mention a date over the bottle whenever you open it and use it only for a period of 1 month. For next month you can buy another Eyedrops.

Reduce the brightness of your laptop screen to a comfortable level. Follow 20-20 rule while working on laptop which means that you need to take a 20 secs break after every 20 mins of work by looking at some distant or faraway object. Refresh tears eye drop 3-4 times a day will help.
