I have -7 on my both eyes and i am only 16 year old what i do to recover from this. all checkup of my eyes are done

Hello A. I am sorry but there is no natural method to get rid of glasses B. Only way to get rid of glasses is Lasik surgery and that too after age of 18 yrs
