I am having heavy head since a week and heavy eye to. When I see screen feel so much stree in my eye. Checked with doctor and she gave me eye drops LOC tesrs. Feeling very heady head and eye

Follow 20.20.20.rule...after every 20 min of work focus on an object 20 feet away for 20 setake proper sleep

While using digital devices, every 20 minutes, take a 20 second break and look at a distant object 20 feet away.
Maintain right posture while using computer.
Keep yourself hydrated.
Blink more often.
Sit away from ac and fan.
To consult sos/local ophthalmologist if symptoms persist or worsen.
