Eye prob due to dryness
Since some days I m feeling heaviness tiredness in eyes. Sometimes hazy vision. Though I wear glasses  +.5 both eyes with reading +2. I feel strain in eyes mild redness . Mild Pain in eye brows area and sometimes below eyes bone socket. I feel that eyes r very dry so when I moove them I feel stain. Is this prob due to dry eyes.

Yes most probably . U can do a dry eye evaluation on mgd analysis to find out

Avoid rubbing Maintain hygiene Blink more Drink water adequately Cold compression Cold water lavage Follow rule of 20- Means after 20 min of work ,take rest for 20 sec and look at 20feet distance Reduce brightness of the screen Away from AC Airflow Use lubricant drop- refresh liquigel Wear glasses outside Take nuts for essential fatty acids (Omega 3) Avoid second hand smoke May need physical consultation for thorough slit lamp examination

Appears to be Dry eyes.pl use Refresh tears eye drops ,2drops 3 times a day and consult ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment .

As the age increases the tear production will decrease mildly, that may cause dryness You can use soothing or lubricant eye drops that will be helpful
