Eye look like miss align

Asked for Male, 27 Years

My 5 year old son, his right eye some time look like miss align, not always but some time when he look uper right then its look like miss align. And it's happen from 1 week. I never see this before on him. Please suggest what the reason and how can we treat this.

You should do a check up..it may not be anything significant but In any case, before age of 5 years , 1 eye check should be done ..to rule out any refractive errors ...
