Eye infection swollen eyes
I have swollen eyes since yesterday.
It's not hurting unless I touch it.
It's a bit swollen not much.
But in the morning there was dirt surrounding my eyes.

This looks like lid infection
Try
A warm compresses
B. Apply antibiotic ointment like moxifloxacin twice daily over lid margins
C. Systemic antibiotic may be required
Having said that I would recommend you to consult local Ophthalmologist and get proper eye examination done
