My right eye is flickering continuous from 5 days. No pain but it is disturbing. I don't wear glasses.

May be due to stress,and strain. Pl have Balanced diet.Adequate sleep. Pl have vision test. Pl consult ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment.

Hi, It could be due to stress, inadequate sleep. Destress,  get adequate sleep , reduce caffeine intake,  ice compresses
