Use Mosi eye drops 4 times a day. I feel that this is some trauma due to the contact lens. Discontinue use of contact lens for some days. Check the edges of the contact lens. Do consult an ophthalmologist if the problem persists beyond 5 days/sos.

Could be early infection/ minor trauma. Check the edges of contact lens Stop using contact lens for 2-3 weeks. Use eye drop teardrops 2-3 times a day for a week. Observe symptoms for 1-2 days,  if still not better,  it's better you consult offline.
