First we have to rule out either it is allergic , viral or bacterial If it is allergic avoid dust direct sunlight rubbing your eyes U can use i tone eye drops in winter season Body gets dry in winter season That causes irritation in eyes

Better to undergo Virechana treatment a part of Panchakarma for blood purification. Laghusutashekhara vati thrice daily, Mahamanjistadi kashaya 20 ml thrice daily with equal quantity of water after food . Instil Itone 2drops thrice daily , Avipathikara churana 1teaspoon at night time with warm water after food . Start these medicines after one week of Virechana treatment.
