Extremely itchy blisters cant sleep

Asked for Female, 27 Years

I have got blisters between fingers, underarms, Behind knees, Between thighs , on whole body its red in water filled. Its extremely itchy. Can't sleep at nights. I have it From a month now. The doctor i went to told its just allergies due to sweat and climate but today another doctor told me its scabies n gave Permethrin. Please tell me is it any serious kinda diseaseN?? How log it takes to get rid of it??
