Extreme stomach ache
From last 4 days my stomach is paining not all day but at times and that pain is extreme it in mid part of my stomach. I consulted my doctor he asked for sonography and endoscopy but both were normal. I am taking medicines but pain is not relived now i am worried. What it could be?

Mid part of abdomen is around umbilicus. Pain in this reason is usually because of small or large INTESTINAL diseases like Infections inflammatory causes etc.
Endoscopy or ULTRASOUND can not detect intestinal causes.
Depending on your history the cause needs to be evaluated and treated.
