Extreme menstrual cramps
Hello doctors. I have pcod and I am dealing with severe menstrual cramps and back pain. I tried using a hot water bottle, but it's giving me only mild relief and doesn't stop the pain permanently. Kindly give me more effective relief solutions and meds, if possible. Thank you.
