Extreme itching
I have extreme itching around my ears (mostly behind but also the ear lobes). Around the same time this started, the holes where my ears are pierced started weeping. This came right after my sinus infection ended. It’s now been 4 days and it’s driving me nuts. Waking me up in the night etc. We live in Panama and don’t have easy access to good health care. HELP!!!

You seem to be suffering from infective eczema (dermatitis) of the external ear. Usually symptoms include severe itching and skin eruptions. Sometimes pain also can occur. You may need to use oral antibiotics, local antibiotic steroid ointment application, and anti Histamine tablets for few days
