Extreme headache after fever for 2 days
He had fever for 2 days,
First day it was 101, second day 100 or 99
After that he took medicines
And the fever went away, but just after fever became normal he has constant headache
And no other symptom.
Can you tell me the probable reason for such extreme headache, he unable to sleep , only painkillers are helping.

Since we are aware of the covid-19 and fever and headache are the presenting symptoms of the disease kindly get him tested.
Make sure you check the vitals particularly the blood pressure. Sometimes both hypertension and hypotension can present with headache.
Any history of same complaints in past or if the patient is diagnosed with migraine kindly share the details if the patient is having nausea or has episodes of vommiting.
Patient can take headset tablet for severe headache but needs evaluation and consultation for diagnosing the reason.
