Extreme constipation

Asked for Male, 27 Years

I have extreme constipation since the last 4 days. Initially there was blood in the stool but that has stopped now. I usually have regular bowel movement but such a severe problem never occured. I am worried since there is a possibility of anal fissures as well. I am unable to sit in office for my regular work as it causes pain and itching.
