After extraction of wisdom tooth and after removing of sutures gum is still swollen... I am rinsing with warm salt water 3 to 4 times daily...but the gum swelling is not decreasing..its been two days stitch was cut..i am attaching my gums picture...

Hello sir..your wound is getting healed.. sometimes healing occurs slowly... continue the lukewarm waters and salt gargles..use tablet Enzorux forte twice a day for 3 days.It is having bromalin rutoside trypsin .It will help for faster healing
