Extra gum over teeth
An extra layer of gum has appeared on my molar and it's painful when I chew things. It's been 4_5 days and the condition has not subsided yet. I took antibiotics but it's still unaffected

Extra gum may be polyp or abscess as a result of plaque deposits/decay/malocclusion. Get your teeth cleaned. If there is decayed tooth, get it filled.
