Hello dr I have been diagnosed with external piles and dr has given me following tablets- topclav 625 Mg, texakind and omee capsules , but I am not having any benefit , please help are these medicine enough to treat external piles?

Apart from medicine you need to change your lifestyle....treat constipation if any...plenty of water at least 2-3 LTRs in a day...high fibre diet... Yoga to relieve stress.... regular exercise walking at least 6000-10000 steps per day. Avoid prolonged sitting.
Check for any liver disease...
