External oblique muscle tighten
Actually in 3rd of April unfortunately after hitting my hard penis in the hard side pillow my lower abdomen portion external oblique muscle some upper layer soft tissue cracked . that time I don't understand what happened. I thought some nerve problem or something in lower abdomen but actually the problem was not that . So, I am looking for what is the problem in the laptop and searching this lying on bed in the right side.  After 12 days I feel tightness right side rib and lower abdomen part . After few days pain goes backside. After   Few days feel tightness and pain upto spinal cord. Actually my right side Abdomen got tighten and it pull right rib cage. And totally lock the right side. I have problem walking,sitting and sleeping. I don't understand what to do. Which type of doctor should help me to get the out problem, and physiotherapy or ultrasound therapy in the Abdomen part should I use. My right abdomen muscle got tighten. I am facing too much problem. Please suggest me w

You need to consult a Physician or gastroenterologist to find out the root cause of your problem and to assess completely. Once you get know to there is no internal injury then it should be muscle injury.
