External oblique muscle got tighten
Right side Abdomen muscle (External oblique muscle)got tighten it pull the right rib cage.. so ,I have problem to movement. It also pull the back side also. What should I use ice or hot. Because it happens almost 4 months . What should I use ultrasound therapy or something else

Icing for once a day in the morning for 10 mins and hot water bottle or towel at night for 10 mins . Also try to modify sleeping /sitting posture . Ultrasound /ift and taping is required .may be only 3 sessions after ever 4 days of gap inbetween the sessions . We have given best results in such cases at krv physio clinic.
