I m only 22 .
I am suffering from hemorrhoids since last 1 month
When I m going toilet it will come and after some tym it will go back
My stomach also disturbing whole day
I am controlling my diet too
But no improvement

Please confirm whether you have constipation , hard stools , pain while passing stools and bleeding
If yes , surely it is piles. You need to increase much fiber in your diet, 4 Fruits, 200 grams salad, 3-4 liter water
