I did double marker test.. all are low risk except trisomy 21 age risk saying 1/188... What does it mean? Is there anything to worry?

The report of markers is given as high, intermediate, low risk. If you get high risk- you have to evaluate further for chromosomal anomalies like downs. In your report, the risk is low, but if you consider your age, the risk is intermediate.

It simply means out of 188 times the risk is one time and although it still less A normal NT scan and nasal bone on 13 week Usg will guide further .if age is above 35 NIPT offers further insights and should be done .
