Experiencing anxiety attacks regularly
Hello, The past one and half have been very difficult for me. I am an Event manager. I started a new job in mid September moved to a new city for a project in the first week of October. Pressure started building up anxiety in me. I had a breakdown the very first week in the new city. My boyfriend helped me compose myself and I continued working normally. As my event came closer pressure grew and with it came a lot of mismanagement from my superiors which was directly affecting my work. I had multiple anxiety/ panic attacks within 2 weeks. I couldn't take it, so I made some excuse and left right before my event started. I have been feeling very lethargic and sad since then(10 days). I cry most evenings without having the knowledge of the reason for it. I have been through depression when I was 17 and I am very scared to be pulled back into it. Is what I'm experiencing everyday work pressure or some other issue that might need help?
