Exercising
Hi doctor, generally they say exercising in the morning with empty stomach is good. I want to ask about this. I exercise to reduce my tummy in the morning in empty stomach. During exercising I feel hungry and my stomach starts growling. I have enough stamina to continue exercising. But is it ok to exercise along with hunger in stomach. Will there be any other problem.

Exercises definitely reduce your tummy...start slowly with brisk walking, then change over to jogging, running and other abdominal exercises. Never over strain yourself. And always keep yourself well hydrated and enjoy whatever you do...consult dietitian they will do the needful.
