Exercise after surgery
I had a nissen fundoplication 8 months ago, for GERD. Being a skinny guy I would like to have some body building exercises. Is it possible for me to workout in a gym?

If your symptoms are well controlled after surgery and it is already more than 6 months back, you can start execises. Only caution I would advocate is you start with simple exercises and then go on for higher grades depending upon the symptoms.
