Exercises - 7th month Pregnancy
Hello Doctor, I'm in my 7th month Pregnancy (28 weeks,0 days) Whats the best time to do walking and how much time can I do per day? What are the best exercises can I do now for normal delivery (as my baby is in breech position) and at what time? Is it ok to do pelvic floor exercises and what are the best? Thank you.

You should do exercise when you get time. You should do so much exercise  that you don't get tired. Is it your first pregnancy? At 28 weeks many babies will present as breech. Most of them will become straight subsequently. Best exercise is walking and sit ups. Your normal delivery will depend on so many factors. Please don't blame yourself if you don't have normal delivery.
