Out of what i know, acidity is a physiological problem which would be very vaguely related to lack of exercise. Anxiety is very multifaceted and could be linked to Psychological, physical, social, cultural factors. Exercises do release endorphins which could mediate lesser cortisol levels to some extend.  At the same time any stress reduction plan would often have exercise as a part of it.
Next Steps
As suggested earlier a gastroenterologist appointment would rule out any gross issues. A dietician appointment could also help as gas and acidity could have a huge dependence on the type of food, timing and similar factors. A regular exercise program which includes cardio, strength, stretching and if coping well agility type of exercises could be started. However as suggested previously walking is a cheap way to start out.
Health Tips
Also check your glucose levels and blood pressure levels, to be sure that these areas have no bearing on how you are feeling.
