Exercise during pregnancy during 1st mon
Can i do exercise during initial days of pregnancy or not. Like i was doing plank and running and some stretching exercises so can i continue or not.

stretch involving lower abdomen muscles can be avoided. Heavy lifting work can be avoided. cardio are ok under moderation
