Exercise after Csection

4 months ago i delivered by Csection ..is it ok for me to do aerobic stretching exercises and yoga..there are some yoga asanas for abdomen muscles..can i do those and can i do abdomen crunches and squats? Wil it cause any issue with my stitches or post delivery recovery . Also the area above my incision for 2 inches is numb..want to know why.

By all means you can go for aerobics. Crunches can be done after two more months. Swimming vis the best exercise. Mist women have numbness over the scar....it's because of the incision on the nerve endings....massage regularly on that area.

Hello, Crunches can be done 2 months post delivery. You can go for aerobics and yoga.
