Vaginal tightness is not altered by either means of delivery. It was in olden days when the number of children was very high and the spacing between them was less. However some variation in vaginal anatomy happens with vaginal delivery. Connect for further information.

Vaginal tightness can be maintained even after a vaginal delivery but needs proper pelvic floor exercises... But as there is no perineal stretch in c section the tightness is maintained... This should not be a reason for opting c section as it causes other issues in the future...
