Exercise advice for scoliosis
I have very severe scoliosis and marfan syndrome. Chronic lower back pain persists. Please advice on daily easy exercises/work out regime to keep fit and become healthier

U can not improve all these at your own. U need to consult with Physiotherapist and also have patience for this because it may take long time to get recover from this. Also start swimming.

Greetings,  I do not think you can manage everything on your own, better you can hire a physio as your trainer to make you fit
