Back pain due to Mild scoliosis
I was having upper back pain for the past 6 months. It started while I was doing gym. Initial I thought it's muscle pain because of weight training. But it got worse and it was giving pain even when i use to breathe deeply. I consulted a physiotherapist and he told I'm suffering from scapular dyskinesis and there was visible right shoulder winging. I started physiotherapy session and the pain almost gone. Again after 1-2 weeks the pain again started and this I went to a different doctor he suggested its due to thoriac pain and started doing chiropractic treatment. The pain reduces but it never goes completely. So just for caution i took an x-ray of my upper back, then the doctor notice a slight bend in the curvature of spine ( mild scoliosis) and told to continue the chiropractic treatment. The pain has still not reduced. What should I do??
