I am 26 weeks pregnant. Started my pregnancy with 69 kgs and I am 79 kgs now. Have gained 10 kgs in 2nd trimester alone. All my reports including sugar and the one for gestational diabetes are normal, BP is normal. I am eating normal homemade food and that too not much. Why am I gaining weight so fat?

Your weight gain is more than average. Please keep a record of your BP and urine examination for proteins. Also get your KFT and LFT done. If all the tests are normal then there is no immediate cause for concern but you should be regular in your follow up.
