I have excessive vaginal white discharge..just after 2 days of periods and sometimes vaginal itching.the discharge is too much that it wets my pants . i am sexually active ..what should i do to treat it

Itching can be due to fungal infection. Nature of the discharge should be seen because it is flowing to wet your garments.
