Hello welcome madam Good morning This is called stress incontinence This may be due to pelvic floor muscles weakness or some orgonic causes inand around uterus. Mild degree of UTI or PID Mild prolapse of uterus Urethrocele And so on There are some exercises available to improve pelvic floor muscles strength ( phisiotherapy) You need to do some tests before starting exercise
