Excessive aggressiveness, sleeplessness.
I dont know about what exactly i am facing but at night i get angry thoughts and due to which i dont sleep Entire night and than next day i get aggressive on small things and even get involved in brawls,and after that i become nornal This happens in fixed intervals like once in a month or 2 Is it related to any mental illness??

Dear Practo User, Making a journal of your thoughts that triggers such severe emotions will help you to identify the source of your anger. Once you have an insight of what makes you angry, jot down different ways to dealing with that source of anger. Make sure you write down at least 5 ways of dealing with that source of anger. Then try the one you think is most appropriate. Yoga and meditation might help you to calm down. Avoid displacing your anger on others. As it might make your relationships bitter.
