Consukt a physician u need to check some clinical investigation and blood for TSH and ECG.If ur TSH level is normL then the cause is anxiety and exam phobia. Dont loose confidence just believe in your self. Attention and concentration is the key point to memorise any thing ,so just focus on ur study. Exam marks never creat a person's life. Those are marks only ,few numbers,if u have potentiality then nothing can bend you. Many successful man and women in the world has very bad academic results. But they are all very much successful in life.Determination, hard working makes a persons's original possibilities. Dont worry go through the exam, face it,crack it...Good Luck...
