I have highly irregular periods, have to take Meprate tab for withdrawal bleeding ...naturally periods come once or twice in a year. No PCOS, USG normal. But I have Low E2 levels, other hormones normal. Can I take Syp. Evecare (himalaya) ? Are there any harms/risks associated with it?

Kindly update all your reports as estrogen or progesterone level will change based on day of your menstrual cycle. You need to regularise your cycle. What is your height and weight?

Since you have mentioned you have low E2 levels, you will need further evaluation to assess the reason for that. Pcos isn't related to low estrogen levels, and usg can also be normal. With regard to Syp. evecare, since it's constituents are ayurvedic, it's better to consult an ayurvedic doctor regarding it's side effects and whether it's suitable for you or not.
