I have ETD. Now There is no fluid in middle ear. But I have tinittus. Blockage has reduced but not completely. I don't have cough and cold.I can fly or not?

Flying can worsen the situation. You should a manoeuvre called VALSALVA. Do it when you are flying and your ears start to get blocked. This should help you. Check out the YouTube for the manouevre!
