ESR level is showing 102
My recent blood test shows ESR level 102. I am having severe backpain since 2 weeks. I get my blood test done every year and this is the first time I am seeing this elevation in ESR. Should I be worried? What should I do next?

For back pain, do a blood test for vitamin D3 and B12,serum calcium, thyroid status..
If any of the values are in Abnormal range, take treatment for the same..
