Dear practo user, surgery is best treatment for lower esophagus, For upper and mid esophagus Radiation therapy along with chemotherapy is best treatment. Please consult me privately for more information.

If this is cancer the best way to treat is by surgery. Laparoscopic or robotic surgery gives best results. However, complete workup is needed
