Escitalopram
The doctor prescribed escitalopram and i got escitalopram tablets from hospital but I was not sure about quality so I bought escitalopram from outside and started taking from last more than one month but I feel now I can't pay anymore for escitalopram as it's expensive each tablet cost 10-12 rupees From now can i take escitalopram which was given in hospital

Hi.. didn't understand the question. Maybe you got free medications from a government hospital.. right.. ?? How do you know the medicines won't work without taking them? I suggest you take them and then decide.
