I am suffering from social anxiety disorder and my doc has suggested recita(escitalopram) 10mg once a day.I have started taking it yesterday and after todays's dose,I have started feeling extremely excited.I keep on laughing and want to talk with every person I encounter.I have contacted more than 25 people over call within today.Is it normal to be over excited by escitalopram to this level.Should I continue taking this medicine or stop it?
