Erection pointing upwards
When he gets aroused his erection points upwards towards his belly button.
Even when he gets erect the hardness level is 2 on the scale of 4. Initially he never used to get erections easily with tadalafil and cialis he is able to get.
I am not able to understand his angle and hardness.

Unless and until the upward direction of penis does not intervene with your sexual activity then you need not worry.
For erection issue it seems he has developed symptoms of erectile dysfunction.
Let me explain you about his issue in brief -

Hello,
As long as you are able to do sexual intercourse... Hardness and angle doesn't matter.
However if it leads to problem performing the act then he needs to consult.
