  4. ER PR HER2 report. The chemo or not?

Hi doctor ,we got the ER PR and HER2report and she got the breast surgery done and lump is removed .please let us know if she needs the chemo or not ?

She needs hormonal therapy and probably chemotherapy too . I need to see your post operative histopathology report ( post operative report ) to say the extract chemo she needs. If just the lump only was removed and not the whole breast then she may have an indication for radiotherapy too . You can be consult me with full reports for detailed opinion and advise
